CrossFit On-Ramp Course

Our On Ramp Course will introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. In this 2 week program, you'll learn the basic CrossFit exercises and workouts in a small group setting with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. Movements will be explained and drilled and each workout will progressively introduce you to the intensity levels that make CrossFit so effective.

B. CrossFit Games Regional WOD 6

Teams of 2 (1 Man, 1 Woman)

For Time:
100 Double-unders, 50 each
50 Handstand push-ups while partner holds handstand
50 Toes-to-bar while partner hangs from the bar
50 Shoulder to overhead with bar (160 / 100 lbs) while partner holds bar in front rack
Then, both partners lunge 90’ with the bar in a front rack position (man first, then woman, both can be moving)

Time cap: 15 minutes
