The Barbell Club is specifically designed for advanced athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. It consists of four sessions per week which focus on developing total body strength, explosiveness and coordination through mastery of the Olympic lifts. Unlock your bodies full potential by learning effective stretches, self myofascial release techniques and mobility exercises to regain flexibility and mobility. You will use foam rollers, bands, lacrosse balls and other equipment in this hour long class which meets every Saturday at 8 AM. Email ryan@crossfitcode3.com for more info.

Our members are firefighters, police officers, military personnel, soccer moms, grandparents and regular people just like you. What brings them together is a the commitment to health and fitness and the belief that there are no shortcuts to success. To them, CrossFit is more than just a workout – it’s continual self-improvement, goal setting, and achievement, day-in and day-out.

We believe CrossFit is the ultimate methodology and test of fitness, and we aren’t afraid to challenge ourselves. Our Competition Team actively participates in local CrossFit competitions, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting meets, marathons, triathlons and other fitness and sporting events year round. We encourage and expect all of our members to work towards some sort of competitive endeavor, regardless of ability.
We are currently training some of our athletes for elite level competition, including the CrossFit Game and competition in USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting.
