NorCal Regionals Recap

What a weekend! The Code 3 crew made the road trip to San Jose, CA to watch the top NorCal athletes battle it out and soak in the NorCal scene – the birthplace of CrossFit. It was an amazing sight to watch CrossFit legends Jason Khalipa and Annie Sakamoto perform at their highest level with other top athletes – Neil Maddox, Chyna Cho, Joey Warren, Gabe Subry, Blair Morrison, Elyse Umeda and Miranda Oldroyd.

We even got a chance to WOD at Khalipa’s CrossFit gym – NorCal CF in San Jose. CrossFit is growing all over the world and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of it.
